Xbox Series X, Series S and One repair
An Xbox that turns on without a picture, that cuts out suddenly, whose drive grinds or that no longer charges the controller: we repair it at component level in Miélan, with a fixed price per fault.
Common Xbox faults
- No HDMI signal: torn or lifted connector, replaced by micro-soldering.
- Won't turn on: internal power supply (Series X and One) or logic board.
- Disc drive: disc not recognised, motor noise, stuck tray (Series X, One).
- Overheating: full clean, fresh thermal paste, fan check.
- USB port or damaged network port.
Series S: the small-flat console
The Series S heats up fast if it is shut in a cabinet. A clean and fresh thermal paste are often enough to stop the cut-outs. We also check the logic board if the console reboots in a loop.

Is the original Xbox One still worth repairing?
Often yes: a power supply or an HDMI port costs far less than a second-hand console, and you keep your games and your account. If it isn't worth it, we tell you at the diagnosis.
How long?
One day for an HDMI port or a power supply if the part is in stock; a few days for a logic board.
