The apple appears, disappears, reappears. Sometimes for hours. Before restoring and wiping everything, there are several things to check.
The boot loop is one of the most stressful faults, because the first answer you find online is “restore the phone”, in other words erase everything. At the workshop we go the other way round: understand first, act second, and never erase without your agreement.
The causes, from simplest to most serious
Software: an interrupted update, storage 100% full, an app crashing at start-up. A recovery mode without erasing often solves it.
Battery: an end-of-life battery lets the voltage drop at boot, and the phone loops. We test with a workshop battery before concluding.
A shorted component: after a drop or a liquid, a chip, a capacitor or a flex cable (camera, screen, sensor) can prevent booting. We disconnect the peripherals one by one to isolate the culprit.
The logic board: memory, processor, power management. That is the component-level repair, 149 €, fixed price, announced after diagnosis.

In all these cases the goal is to get the phone booting as it is, with your photos and messages. If the board is too damaged for lasting use, we often get it running long enough to copy everything. And if truly nothing is possible, the diagnosis isn't charged.
